Neurological Medicine P.A., provides comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services to patients with conditions affecting the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscles. We are committed to providing compassionate and expert service to our patients. We have been serving the Prince George's and Montgomery County area since 1975. In 2009 we opened our Annapolis office with full diagnostic facilities including some modalities previously available only in academic centers. We offer complete adult and pediatric neurological care as well as in-office neurodiagnostic studies including EEG (brain wave), EMG/NCT (nerve and muscle testing), and evoked potentials for the convenience of our patients. We have comprehensive, non-invasive ultrasound studies to diagnose blockage of blood circulation to the brain, including Trans-cranial Doppler, Carotid Doppler Ultrasound and vestibular testing (inner ear). Neurological Medicine also has a state-of–the-art Sleep Laboratory to allow us to evaluate and treat all sleep disorders including sleep apnea, insomnia, excessive sleepiness and narcolepsy.
